Infrastructure
We started as a statement against the sloppy professional standards that dominated the field of construction services 20 years ago. We wanted to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving our client's problems.
The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do.At Younick, we believe that great fashion begins with a strong foundation — and our infrastructure is a true reflection of that belief. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with over 300 high-efficiency machines, enabling precision-driven processes for stitching, cutting, printing, embroidery, and finishing. Each machine is selected to ensure consistency, speed, and quality in every piece we produce.
Our workforce is one of our greatest strengths. With 350+ skilled and dedicated professionals, including tailors, designers, quality controllers, and logistics personnel, we operate like a well-coordinated unit. Every individual contributes with their expertise, turning fabrics into fashion that resonates with today’s modern man.
To support large-scale operations, we maintain spacious warehouses with smart inventory systems that allow us to store raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently. This helps us manage high-volume production seamlessly, ensuring timely deliveries and uninterrupted order fulfillment — whether it's for domestic markets or global buyers.
From raw fabric to the final outfit, our infrastructure is built to uphold our commitment to quality, speed, and scalability. At Younick, we don’t just create garments — we build experiences stitched with excellence.
The Younick head office serves as the core of all administrative and operational activities. Housing departments like planning, coordination, client servicing, and quality management, it plays a key role in keeping the entire production process aligned. The structure supports daily operations such as order tracking, staff management, and workflow scheduling. Designed for efficiency and control, the building ensures every stage — from concept to final delivery — runs smoothly. It’s not just a workspace, but a reflection of our brand’s organized and growth-oriented approach.

The gated entrance opens into a well-planned industrial layout, offering a clean and structured access point to Younick’s core production area. A spacious driveway runs alongside green plantation, maintaining both aesthetics and functionality. Its wide path allows easy movement for vehicles carrying raw materials and finished goods. Security and safety measures are maintained throughout the premises. The layout ensures smooth logistics, supporting timely delivery and movement within the campus. This efficient entry point speaks of our systematic workflow and focus on process integrity.

Workers are trained regularly to maintain high quality and meet large-scale demands. Bright lighting and a ventilated environment enhance focus and comfort. Supervision and in-line checks ensure production standards are met. The floor is designed for high-volume output without compromising craftsmanship. This setup is one of the key strengths behind our consistent delivery of trend-ready, value-for-money garments.

This section shows workers involved in sorting, folding, and packing garments. Multiple tables are used to arrange finished clothing in separate stacks based on type or color. Workers perform tasks such as folding, checking, and placing garments into packaging. The area is designed to handle bulk volumes efficiently. Packaged products and materials are organized on the floor around each team. This stage represents the final steps of the production process before dispatch.

This area is the main stitching floor where garments are assembled. Rows of sewing machines are operated by trained workers. Each workstation has fabric piles placed nearby for continuous workflow. The setup is suitable for high-volume stitching tasks. Threads, tools, and materials are arranged close to the machines to support ongoing production. The layout supports systematic movement of garments through different stitching stages.

This section is set up for specific garment stitching tasks. Workers are assigned to individual machines to complete particular parts of clothing, such as attaching sleeves, collars, or hems. Fabric bundles are arranged at each station, and thread cones are placed nearby for quick use. The setup supports focused production steps rather than full garment assembly. Each machine is used for a dedicated function, helping maintain consistency in output and reducing handling time between processes.
